The Algarve Classic Festival, one of the biggest classic car events in the Iberian Peninsula, will once again be present at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.

About 12,500 spectators attended, from 4 to 6 September, the evidence of the Blancpain Sprint Series and the FIA Formula 3 European Championship at the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve. Laurens Vanthoor and Robin Frijns hav were the big winners of the sprint race and Formula 3 stood out Felix Rosenqvist, who managed to win his ninth win of the season.
The second round of the International GT Open held at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve between 10 and 12 May, debuting a version of the track to FIA F1.

More than 300 historic racing cars will be at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão for the second Algarve Historic Festival from October 15 to 17.
The 14 races scheduled are all fully subscribed, as the event this year has attracted 20 per cent more participants than in 2009.
